Initiate Your Request
Log into your OrganicBazar account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original biodegradable packaging to minimize environmental waste.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
